Dress Code

We recommend that our clients wear comfortable clothing during their therapies. You are welcome to bring along one your comfortable robes, alternatively suitable wear will be provided. Personal items may be locked and secured in an assigned box.

Appointments

Some appointments may require a deposit via paypal to hold a reservation. For Corporate or Events full payment is required 24 hours prior to the Event.  Any additional costs will be invoiced and must be paid within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful of our 72-hour cancellation policy.  “No Shows” will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. Arriving late for an appointment may result in a shortened therapy session.

Our therapists are highly qualified, licensed professionals.  If you have questions regarding a therapist’s background of expertise, please do not hesitate to ask.

Clients reserving appointments are required to provide certain personal information. All personal information obtained is secured and considered strictly confidential.
